I have previously received PR products from Penguin (review copies of books).
Welcome to Day 21 of my 2020 Book Spotlight Countdown! For more information about this series, please read my introductory post here. Today, I’m celebrating No One Is Too Small To Make A Difference by Greta Thunberg!
4th of 2020
Greta Thunberg wants you to listen. Just fifteen years old when she began her school strike action, in the last two years Thunberg has accumulated worldwide fame. This book is a collection of her speeches and presentations, made both to the general public and to world leaders alike. Her words have sparked a series of protests across the world, with regular school strike marches led by young people across the globe.
If you’re concerned about the climate crisis (and if you aren’t, you should be), Thunberg’s words will offer you a deeper insight into the true scale of the crisis humanity faces.
Thank you for sharing. I learned a lot about Greta Thunberg as one of my final year French exams was based on her life story. I’ve not read this, and it’s really interesting to read about your thoughts here 🙂
