I have previously received PR products from Picador, HarperCollins and Penguin. Images used in this post contain Gingerbread (Picador), and Come Away With Me and Dracula (Penguin). Books mentioned from Picador, HarperCollins or Penguin are marked [PR relationship].
The months are flying by so quickly at the minute! I feel like I say that every month, but it really is true. I’ve been working full-time for over a month now and it still only feels like a few days that I’ve been there. As you might expect, now I have a full-time job, I’ve been reading a lot less! I still got through a good few books though so let’s recap.

Left on my TBR is [PR relationship] 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami, which is going back on my October TBR! My October TBR again is a bit shorter than it used to be because I’m expecting I’ll still be going into work (though with COVID19 cases rising it is possible I’ll stop working again). I also almost finished [PR relationship] The Female Persuasion by Meg Wolitzer which is why it appears in the cover photo. It’ll be included in my October wrap up, but it’s not on my TBR because I have actually finished it now!
- [PR relationship] Dracula – Bram Stoker (Let’s Get Classical Book Club)
- [PR relationship] 1Q84 – Haruki Murakami (Murakami Reading Group)
- [PR relationship] Birthday Stories – Haruki Murakami (Murakami Reading Group)
- [PR relationship] Come Along With Me – Shirley Jackson
- The Dutch House – Ann Patchett
- Girl – Edna O’Brien
- [PR relationship] Gingerbread – Helen Oyeyemi.

I ordered Red at the Bone recently and can’t wait to read it! I’m also excited to see what you think of Girl, I read the first chapter for college and it sounds so good!
